Role Overview

As an Outreach and Engagement Intern, you will be an integral part of our team, assisting in outreach campaigns and engaging with our target audience to drive awareness, foster loyalty, and enhance our community presence. You’ll gain valuable experience working on real-world campaigns and learn how to build meaningful connections with customers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing outreach campaigns across various channels (email, phone, social media, etc.).
  • Reach out to potential clients, customers, and partners to initiate conversations and build relationships.
  • Engage with existing customers/clients to ensure satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
  • Conduct research to identify potential audiences and opportunities for outreach.
  • Help track and analyze outreach campaign performance (e.g., open rates, engagement levels).
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts with business goals.
  • Assist in managing and growing online communities, including responding to inquiries and comments.
  • Support the development of content for outreach and engagement (emails, social media posts, etc.).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with outreach tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Basic understanding of analytics and reporting.
  • Previous experience in customer service, marketing, or sales is a plus.
